Module 1: Dream big!
We will determine what is standing between your current situation and your dreams.
We will start unpacking your limiting beliefs and energy blocks. After this module, you will have a clear idea on what your dream is and you’ll feel confident in achieving it.
Module 2: Get grounded!
During this week we will focus on making you feel balanced, love your body and feel confident in your skin. At the end of this module, you will be able to claim your space in the world and step into your power.
Module 3: Your inner wisdom
This week we will clear all that is standing between you and your intuition. You will be able to take action to live your purpose and do the things you’re passionate about.
Module 4: Healthy relationships
This week we will focus on connecting to others from a place of freedom and love, rather than dysfunctional relationship patterns. This will allow you to cultivate peaceful relationships with family, friends and your (future) significant other.
Module 5: Dive deep!
This week we will dive deeper into your limiting beliefs and unresolved trauma. At the end of this module, you will be able to let go of all energy blocks and, negative thoughts and negative feelings.
Module 6: Shine bright!
This week we will create a clear path for your future. This includes: setting boundaries, taking ownership of your time and concrete actions you can take right now.
